2026华东艺术涂装高质量发展论坛在杭州滨江开元名都大酒店开幕。论坛创始人代表、钱塘论道创始人楼红龙在开场欢迎词中，把论坛的缘起讲成“三个点火人”的故事，

三个点火人的故事

楼红龙说，第一个点火人是涂企动力的刘大勇，率先点燃了在浙江举办一场高端艺术涂料高峰论坛的梦想之火；第二个是涂谷无机灰泥创始人高发洪，“是他将这把火引到了杭州”；第三个是他自己。与涂企动力深入沟通后，他认定浙江与杭州在中国艺术涂料涂装版图中的分量， “我真心希望看到浙江与杭州艺术涂料涂装行业蓬勃发展，也真心希望本次大会顺利圆满召开。”

The first torchbearer, he said, was Liu Dayong of Tuqi Dongli, who first raised the idea of a high-end art coating summit in Zhejiang. The second was Gao Fahong, founder of the Tugu inorganic plaster brand, who “carried the flame to Hangzhou”. The third was Lou himself. After in-depth talks with Tuqi Dongli, he said, he came to see how much weight Zhejiang and Hangzhou carry on China’s art coating map — hence the one-yuan handover. “I sincerely hope the art coating industry in Zhejiang and Hangzhou thrives, and that this forum is a complete success,” he said.

从浙江走向华东六省一市

大会定位在筹备中完成升级：从浙江走向华东六省一市。楼红龙报出了七个省市的名字——上海、江苏、浙江、安徽、福建、江西、山东，“这里是中国民营经济最发达、艺术涂料消费最集中的区域”。他说，不仅要团结省会与地级市的头部企业，更要深入每一个县级市，把县级市场的艺术涂装头部力量团结起来。至于那句贯穿全场的口号——“中国艺术涂装看华东，让华东艺术涂装走向九州”——他特别说明，“九州”二字出自金平董事长的提议，“我说九州比世界更好”。

The event’s positioning was upgraded during preparation: from a Zhejiang gathering to one covering East China’s six provinces and one municipality — Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi and Shandong. “This is where China’s private economy is most developed and where art coating consumption is most concentrated,” Lou said. He stressed that the forum should reach beyond provincial and prefecture-level leaders to the strongest players in every county-level city. As for the slogan that ran through the day — “Let China’s art coating look to East China, and let East China’s art coating reach every corner of the land” — he credited the word “Jiuzhou” (the nine provinces, a classical name for China) to chairman Jin Ping: “I said Jiuzhou sounds better than ‘the world’.”

他逐一感谢了给予总冠名的巴德士集团董事长方学平，以及来自兰铂（LOMBOR）、涂谷、素磐、快涂美、泥之韵、境美、飞岳涂书馆、玛帕、柏尔特等品牌的演讲嘉宾与发起单位代表。“因为有你们，大会才精彩。”他在台上说。

Lou thanked Badese chairman Fang Xueping for the title sponsorship, along with speakers and founding-unit representatives from brands including LOMBOR, Tugu, Supan, Kuaicoumei, Nizhiyun, Jingmei, the Feiyue Coating Library, Mapa and Boerte. “It is because of you that this forum shines,” he said.

工匠坐前排，文化节在望

致词中，楼红龙把本届大会最大的特色归结为弘扬工匠精神，会场的座位安排印证了这一点：获奖工匠坐在第一矩阵，企业家坐在后面。“过去很多大会，企业家坐前面，工匠往往坐在最后面。但这次，我们让工匠坐前面。”他说，为了确保公平公正，组委会专门成立了评审专家组进行严格评审，这也将成为今后艺术涂料涂装文化节的永恒特色。

Lou called craftsmanship the event’s defining feature, and the seating chart proved it: awarded craftsmen sat in the front rows, entrepreneurs behind them. “At many past events, entrepreneurs sat in front while craftsmen were pushed to the back. This time, we put the craftsmen in front,” he said. To keep judging fair, he added, the organising committee had set up an expert review panel for strict evaluation — a practice he intends to keep as a permanent feature of future culture festivals.

他同时预告了文化节的日程：8月28日是鲁班工匠节，鲁班是百工之祖、工匠精神的象征，本次大会把这一天定为华东艺术涂料涂装文化节；从2027年起，正式举办第一届艺术涂装文化节。“文化节不是产品推广会，不是订货会，是弘扬工匠精神的节日，是给予服务商赋能的节日。”他对台下发出感召：无论生产企业、施工企业、材料商，还是媒体、培训机构，只要热爱这个行业，都欢迎加入2027年文化节的筹备，尤其是各县市级的头部企业。

He also looked ahead: August 28, the Luban Craftsmen’s Day honouring the legendary master craftsman seen as the father of Chinese craftsmanship, will be marked as the East China Art Coating Culture Festival. From 2027, the first full festival will be held. “The culture festival is not a product fair or an order fair,” Lou said. “It is a festival for craftsmanship and for empowering service providers.” Producers, contractors, material suppliers, media and training providers are all welcome to join the 2027 preparations, especially the leading firms from county-level cities.

发言末尾，楼红龙报出了自己的履历：早年从事建筑装饰工程，1997年起进入建筑装饰涂料行业，至今已近三十年，是杭州法莱利涂料创始人、杭州涂料涂层行业协会创始人、中国涂料工业协会建筑涂装分会主要创始人。他说，自己在杭州建德拥有华东地区最大的艺术涂料共享工厂与产业园，正在申请无机涂谷产业园，入驻可享多项政府补助与支持政策；中国涂装产业博物馆、中国涂装产业研究院、全国最大的艺术涂料涂装及修缮培训基地与行业博士后工作站均已列入规划。“所有这些平台面向全行业开放。”

Lou closed with his own record: a background in architectural decoration, nearly three decades in the trade since 1997, and founder roles at the Falaili coating brand, the Hangzhou coatings industry association and the architectural coating branch of the China Coatings Industry Association. In Jiande, Hangzhou, he runs what he described as East China’s largest art coating shared factory and industrial park, with a Tugu inorganic plaster park under application offering government subsidies to tenants. A coating industry museum, a research institute, the country’s largest training base for art coating and renovation, and an industry postdoctoral workstation are all on the drawing board. “All of these platforms are open to the whole industry,” he said.
