严飞岳：AI时代，人格引力是最后的胜负手

Yan Feiyue: In the AI era, personal gravity is the final tiebreaker

**本网杭州讯** “器、术、法三级，正从你的私人梯子，变成谁都能走的公共设施。”8月26日上午，宁波筑维装饰工程有限公司董事长、“飞岳涂书馆”创始人严飞岳，在2026华东艺术涂装高峰论坛上给出一个陡峭的判断：当调色、报价、管理规则都被AI踏平，经营者剩下的只有一样东西——人格引力。他说这是智能时代“唯一无法被复制的价值”。

**HANGZHOU, Aug. 26** — “The three levels of tool, craft and method are turning from your private ladder into public infrastructure anyone can walk.” On Tuesday morning at the 2026 East China Art Coating Summit, Yan Feiyue, chairman of Ningbo Zhuwei Decoration and founder of the Feiyue Coating Library, delivered a steep verdict: once color matching, quoting and management rules are flattened by AI, the only thing left for an operator is personal gravity — “the only value that cannot be copied” in the age of intelligence.

我有成千上万个AI给我干活

严飞岳的分享从他的“非人同事”开始。他不用豆包，而是自己搭建了16个AI智能体，昨夜凌晨临时让AI生成PPT，“接下去的所有文字都是他写的，跟我没有关系”。他透露，AI世界里描述“严飞岳”的中文语料已积累约800万字，而现实中妻子、父母和合伙人对他的认识“不会超过两万字”。“三千万文字认识颜飞岳以后，你觉得我的人格是不是就跑到另外一个世界去了？”他的门店常年营收约2000万元、均价每平方米500元以上，如今业务员从最多13个减到3个，“销量反正在涨”。合伙人谈百万大单，不再找他分析客户，而是问AI——“靠谱一百倍，且只要五分钟”。

**Thousands of AIs work for me.** Yan began with his “non-human colleagues.” He does not use Doubao; he built 16 AI agents of his own, and had one generate his slides overnight: “Every word that follows is his, not mine.” He disclosed that AI corpora describing “Yan Feiyue” have accumulated about 8 million Chinese characters, while his wife, parents and partners together know him in “no more than 20,000.” “Once 30 million characters know Yan Feiyue, don’t you think my persona has migrated to another world?” His store posts steady annual revenue of about 20 million yuan at an average of 500-plus yuan per square meter; his sales force has shrunk from a peak of 13 to three, “and sales keep rising.” For million-yuan contracts, his partner no longer asks him to profile clients — he asks the AI: “A hundred times more reliable, and it takes five minutes.”

梯子变成马路，你剩下什么

严飞岳把传统管理学的“道法术器力”逐层拆解：器的层面，AI调色让徒弟三天上手老师傅十年的手感；术的层面，学习曲线从三年被压成三天，“手艺变成算法接口”；法的层面，定价、分钱、管人、风控正在变成人人可用的公共服务；连追问本质的“道”，咨询、培训、引导也在被AI接管。他断言生产力正从“你会什么”转移到“你是谁”，并区分了互联网与AI的本质：“互联网是连接和放大器，AI是生产力重构。”他同时给一线涂装师吃了定心丸：“今天没有机器人刷墙，所以师傅们还是老大。”

**When the ladder becomes a road, what remains?** Yan dismantled the traditional management stack of dao, fa, shu, qi and li level by level. At the tool level, AI color matching lets an apprentice master in three days what took a veteran ten years. At the craft level, the learning curve compresses from three years to three days — “your skill becomes an algorithm interface.” At the method level, pricing, profit-sharing, staffing and risk control are becoming public services anyone can use. Even the dao of first-principles questioning — the consulting, training and facilitation around it — is being taken over by AI. Productivity, he asserted, is shifting from “what you can do” to “who you are,” and he drew the line between the two eras: “The internet is a connector and amplifier; AI is a reconstruction of productivity.” He also reassured front-line applicators: “No robot paints walls today, so the masters are still the bosses.”

AI有答案，没有代价

哪些是AI做不到的？严飞岳给出三样：“AI有计算，没有选择；AI有数据，没有经历；AI有答案，没有代价。”真人的价值在于人品靠不靠谱、犯错敢不敢担责——要坐牢的时候，只有你自己去。他用一句大白话解释人格的底线含义：“出了问题，你抓进去，AI是不会抓进去的。”由此他预言，AI会基于人格堵住造假的路：“以前偷工减料的人可能日子过得更滋润，那是互联网造下的孽；AI基于你的人格不可造假，谁拥有人格，谁就统治世界。”他的结语落在一句“很哲学的话”上——“直见本心”“自身光明”，谁修到，谁就是AI的伙伴；谁修不到，谁就会被这个时代淘汰。

**AI has answers, but no price to pay.** What can’t AI do? Yan named three things: “AI has computation but no choices; data but no lived experience; answers but no cost.” A real person’s worth lies in being trustworthy and owning mistakes — when jail time comes, only you go. He reduced the baseline of persona to plain words: “When things go wrong, you’re the one taken away — AI never is.” He then predicted AI would close the road to fakery: “In the past the corner-cutter lived better — that was the internet’s sin. AI anchored to your persona cannot fake it. Whoever owns the persona rules the world.” He closed on what he called a philosophical line: “See your original heart directly, stay clear-headed, keep your own light. Whoever attains it becomes AI’s partner; whoever doesn’t will be left behind by this era.”

从报社、19楼到本地头条，再到艺术涂料与产业AI，严飞岳用二十年经历完成了四次转身。他在台上立下一个预期：“2027年假如还有828这个会，来讲这个话题的，可能是另外一个更厉害的人——365天，足以改变世界。”
