柏尔特把9年141期培训家底搬上华东论坛

Founder absent, stand-in steps up: Bairte lays out nine years and 141 cohorts of training on the East China stage

8月26日，嘉兴柏尔特新材料有限公司徐海峰分享《以专业培训，赋能技师、门店与品牌三大增长内核》。9年、141期、5000余名学员——柏尔特深耕培训赛道的家底，由徐海峰摊在了同行面前。

On August 26th, Xu Haifeng from Jiaxing Bortt New Materials Co., Ltd. delivered a speech titled “Empowering Technicians, Stores and Brands through Professional Training – Three Core Drivers for Growth”. Over 9 years, 141 sessions, and 5,000 students – these are the solid foundations of Bortt’s deep involvement in the training sector, presented by Xu Haifeng to his peers.

徐海峰上台伊始，他先复述了论坛使命“中国艺术涂装看华东，让华东艺术涂装走向九州”，并代表柏尔特表态：“我们绝对会牢记这个使命，为此付出自己的一份力。”

When Xu Haifeng took the stage, he first restated the mission of the forum: “Chinese art painting in East China, and making East China’s art painting spread throughout the country.” Then, on behalf of Burt, he stated: “We will definitely keep this mission in mind and do our part to achieve it.”

三类主体，三重困境

徐海峰把行业焦虑拆成三类主体的困境：涂装师技艺单一、陷入低价内卷、获客渠道枯竭；品牌门店客单价难以提升、施工制约销售转化、团队能力参差不齐；生产厂家则被交付“最后一公里”卡住，客诉频发损耗品牌，对渠道的扶持力不从心。

Xu broke the industry’s anxieties into the dilemmas of three players: painters boxed in by limited techniques, price wars and drying-up client channels; stores unable to lift average order values, with patchy execution capping sales; and manufacturers stuck at the “last mile” of delivery, where poor workmanship turns into complaints that erode their brands.

柏尔特给出的答案是“以技育人、以训兴业”。他介绍，柏尔特九年只做一件事：“让艺术涂料的施工变得更简单、更专业、更具价值，为行业培养真正的实战型人才。”

Bairte’s answer is “cultivating people through craft and building the industry through training”. For nine years, he said, the company has done one thing only: “make art coating application simpler, more professional and more valuable, and train real, battle-ready talent for the industry.”

141期、5000名学员与一车大白菜

一组数据支撑着这个判断：柏尔特培训已开到第141期，常态每月开课，春节后最密时每月两到三期、每期二三十人；学员遍布全国，远及港澳与新西兰、加拿大等地。

The numbers bear that out: Bairte has run 141 training cohorts — monthly by default, and two to three a month with 20 to 30 trainees each in the busiest weeks after the Spring Festival. Its graduates span the country and reach as far as Hong Kong, Macao, New Zealand and Canada.

现场最动人的是一个细节：几位来自云南昭通的学员，为了省下路费，开着皮卡、装了满满一车大白菜赶来上课。“从小事就能看到他们的学习态度。”徐海峰说。

The most moving moment of the talk was an anecdote: a small group of trainees from Zhaotong, Yunnan, drove to class in a pickup loaded with a full bed of Chinese cabbage — the cargo saved them the fare. “Small as it is, it says everything about their attitude to learning,” Xu said.

培训为期六天：首日为新媒体运营课，由网络运营部总监讲授个人IP包装、手机运镜与剪辑、AI工具应用，连如何用豆包选题、生成文案都逐一拆解；此后五天为施工实操，由技术总监等四位导师带教，工具、样板、材料全由校方配齐，结业颁发证书，此后任何一期开课都可免费复训。

The programme runs six days: day one covers new-media operations — personal IP building, filming and editing on a phone, and AI tools, down to topic selection and copywriting with the Doubao assistant — while the remaining five days are hands-on application training led by four instructors including the technical director, with tools, sample boards and materials all provided. Graduates receive certificates and may sit in on any future cohort free of charge.

课程分两级：初级班面向刚入行的涂装师、零基础爱好者与门店新员工；高级班“大师蜕变营”面向有一至三年实战经验的骨干，主攻高端复杂技法、特殊材料搭配与个性化艺术效果设计。此外，柏尔特还提供全国施工辅助与专业打板服务，样板复刻还原度可达95%以上。

Training is tiered: a beginner class for newcomers, hobbyists and store staff, and an advanced “Master Camp” for those with one to three years of field experience, focused on complex high-end techniques, special material pairing and bespoke artistic effects. Bairte also offers nationwide application support and professional sample replication, with fidelity above 95%.

结尾，徐海峰以一句古语作结：“苦心人，天不负，卧薪尝胆，三千越甲可吞吴。”主持人点评称，柏尔特不仅“把施工培训做到了极致”，还把新媒体流量课并入培训，形成了“杂交出来的优势”。

Xu closed with an old Chinese aphorism: “Heaven rewards the persevering — as the story goes, three thousand Yue soldiers who slept on firewood and tasted gall could yet swallow the kingdom of Wu.” The moderator’s verdict: Bairte has taken application training to its extreme and folded new-media traffic skills into it — “a hybrid advantage”.
